Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Control Manager located in Kala Amb. The Quality Control Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily quality control activities, including ensuring that all products meet regulatory and company standards. Tasks include conducting tests, analyzing data, preparing reports, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with other departments to ensure quality in manufacturing processes. The manager will also be involved in training and supervising the quality control team.

Qualifications

• Experience in conducting tests, analyzing data, and maintaining high-quality standards
• Mandatory knowledge in regulatory compliance and documentation practices
• Team supervision and training capabilities
• Efficient report preparation and data interpretation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a team
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceuticals, Chemistry, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
• Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred
