Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Control Manager – Solar Projects (IPP) based in Gurugram. The Quality Control Manager will oversee quality assurance processes, ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications, and manage daily inspections of solar projects. Responsibilities include developing quality control strategies, conducting site audits, overseeing testing procedures, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, high-performance solar projects. The role involves collaborating with project teams, identifying areas of improvement, and reporting progress to senior management.

Qualifications

• Expertise in quality control practices, testing procedures, and compliance with industry standards
• Experience in project management, site audits, and inspection processes specific to solar projects
• Proficient in data analysis, performance evaluation, and creating detailed reports
• Strong technical knowledge of solar energy systems, integration, and equipment testing
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and team collaboration skills
• Knowledge of safety regulations and environmental standards in renewable energy projects
• Educational background in engineering, renewable energy, or a relevant technical discipline
• Previous experience in solar or renewable energy projects is highly desirable
