Job Description

Job Responsibilities:Inspect raw materials, in-process, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards. Conduct measurements using instruments such as Vernier caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc. Identify, record, and report any non-conformities in products and processes. Ensure adherence to ISO, 5S, and company quality standards. Support in implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and documentation. Coordinate with production teams to resolve quality issues in real-time. Assist in internal and external audits. Work closely with the Quality Assurance (QA) and Production teams to improve product quality. Key Skills Required:Knowledge of quality control standards and testing methodologies. Familiarity with measurement instruments and gauges. Good understanding of engineering drawings and specifications. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, ERP systems preferred).
