Job Description

Strong knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and ISO standards. Skilled in conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Proficient in documentation and report writing for audits, investigations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Experienced with batch records, deviation handling, and change control processes. Perform chemical testing on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products. Accurately document and report test results, including any observed deviations. Hands-on experience with laboratory instruments such as pH meters, viscometers, and melting point apparatus. Proficient in titration analysis techniques. Prepare and review Certificates of Analysis (COAs) and maintain laboratory logbooks.
