Role & responsibilities Maintaining/Improving food safety standards at First Floor and Second floor, GMP-GHP, FIFO. Daily record keeping of weighing Scale Calibration, Online QC, FG clearance, COA, CCP, Monitoring and Verification etc. Providing support in BRC documentation. Active involvement in RM Check and RM QC checks. Daily reporting, QC activities via email to QA Head. Alerting non-compliances. Providing Training to floor employees with regards to GMP-GHP, Allergen, FIFO, CCP etc. and monitoring post training effectiveness. Make sure label approvals are correct and on time, within 15-20 minutes. Label approval records management. All labels should be compliant as per FSSAI and LMA guidelines.
