Quality Control Engineer – Sheet Metal

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Engineer to ensure precision and quality in our sheet metal manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect and test sheet metal products using visual, dimensional, and NDT methods (UT, MPT, DFT, Impact Test).
• Develop and implement quality assurance procedures.
• Investigate defects, perform root cause analysis, and drive corrective actions.
• Maintain inspection records, prepare quality reports, and conduct trend analysis.
• Monitor supplier quality and support procurement in resolving issues.
• Train production teams on quality standards and techniques.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in sheet metal quality control.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC tools and quality management systems.
• Ability to read engineering drawings.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, with good communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
