Quality Compliance Analyst

As an Audit Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the audit process. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting in selecting audit samples following guidelines provided by the audit lead or QMS consultant. - Supporting in conducting process audits as per the defined schedule under supervision. - Accurately recording audit findings in the audit tracking file or system. - Helping prepare basic audit reports summarizing key observations and findings. You will also be involved in: - Identifying common errors and compiling root cause data for review by senior auditors or QMS consultants. - Sharing basic feedback with team members on observed errors, under the guidance of senior team members. - Documenting feedback in emails or audit sheets as instructed. Moreover, you will: - Note down potential process improvement ideas based on audit observations and share them with the audit lead. - Attend daily team meetings to stay updated on process changes and audit focus areas. - Participate in feedback or awareness sessions conducted by the QMS consultant or senior auditors. - Join process-related training sessions to enhance knowledge and improve auditing skills. Your support in calibration efforts by attending sessions and aligning audit practices with operations will be highly valued.
