Position Title: Quality & Audit Manager

Department: Quality Assurance / Compliance
Reports To: Director - Technical
Location: Sahibabad, Ghaziabad
Employment Type: Full-Time

1. Position Summary

The Quality & Audit Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the organization’s Quality Management System (QMS) and audit programs. The role ensures compliance with internal standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices while driving continuous improvement across processes, products, and services.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. Quality Management

  • Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 or industry-specific standards).
  • Establish quality policies, SOPs, and process documentation.
  • Monitor key quality performance indicators and maintain dashboards for leadership reporting.
  • Oversee corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes.
  • Lead root-cause analysis (RCA) and problem-solving sessions (5 Why, Fishbone, FMEA, etc.).
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure process alignment and compliance.

B. Internal & External Audits

  • Plan, schedule, and conduct internal audits across all business functions.
  • Coordinate external audits with certification bodies, clients or regulatory agencies.
  • Prepare and train departments for compliance audits.
  • Document audit findings, generate audit reports, and ensure timely closure of non-conformities.
  • Maintain audit records and continuous audit readiness.

C. Compliance & Risk Management

  • Monitor regulatory changes and ensure company compliance with relevant laws, standards, and certifications.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation controls.
  • Ensure document control and adherence to quality governance frameworks.

D. Customer & Supplier Quality

  • Manage customer complaints and drive effective responses and corrective actions.
  • Conduct supplier audits, assess supplier performance, and ensure material/ service quality.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction through structured feedback analysis and action plans.

3. Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Master's degree is a plus.

Experience

  • 5–6 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Audits, or Compliance, preferably in the Telecom Sector.
  • Strong experience conducting internal/external audits.
  • Proven track record in managing QMS and continuous improvement projects.

4. Skills & Competencies

  • Deep knowledge of ISO standards and regulatory frameworks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation abilities.
  • Proficient in quality tools: RCA, FMEA, SPC, control charts, etc.
  • Ability to manage multiple audits/projects simultaneously.
  • Leadership and people management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / QMS software.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
