Role Description

This is a full-time on-site and factory role for a Quality Assurance Specialist located in Pune or PAN India. The Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for overseeing and implementing quality control measures, ensuring compliance with quality management standards, and conducting quality audits. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring the manufacturing processes, verifying product quality, maintaining Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and continuously improving quality systems.

Qualifications

• Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Quality Management skills
• Experience with Good Precasting Practice
• Quality Auditing skills
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in the construction or Precast industry is a plus
