Company Description Precast India Infrastructures Pvt. Ltd. is a pioneering joint initiative between Bhate Raje Construction Company Pvt. Ltd. founded in 2010. Our production facility in Wade Bolhai, Pune, enables us to handle high-volume contracts for IT buildings, commercial complexes, and industrial buildings. Role Description This is a full-time on-site and factory role for a Quality Assurance Specialist located in Pune or PAN India. The Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for overseeing and implementing quality control measures, ensuring compliance with quality management standards, and conducting quality audits. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring the manufacturing processes, verifying product quality, maintaining Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and continuously improving quality systems. Qualifications Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Quality Management skills Experience with Good Precasting Practice Quality Auditing skills Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Ability to work independently and within a team Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field Experience in the construction or Precast industry is a plus
