Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Assurance Quality Control (QA/QC) Manager, based in Bengaluru. The QA/QC Manager will oversee quality assurance and quality control operations, develop and implement quality standards, and ensure compliance with industry and company regulations. Responsibilities include conducting inspections, managing quality audits, identifying areas for process improvements, and facilitating corrective actions. The QA/QC Manager will also lead and mentor the quality team to achieve operational excellence and maintain product quality aligned with global standards.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes, standards, and methodologies
• Experience in conducting quality audits and inspections
• Proficiency in analyzing data to identify trends and improvements
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance applicable to manufacturing and quality processes
• Leadership, team management, and effective communication skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• Experience in refrigeration or kitchen equipment manufacturing is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
