Job Title : Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer Location: Ahmedabad (on-site) Experience: 0-3 years Salary: 25k-35k per month Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of software products through manual and/or automated testing. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify, document, and resolve bugs and usability issues. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts Perform manual and/or automated testing for web, mobile, and/or desktop applications Identify, document, and track software defects using tools such as Jira, Bugzilla, or similar Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot issues and verify fixes Perform regression, functional, integration, and performance testing Ensure software meets specified requirements and industry standards Contribute to process improvements and best practices in QA Required Technical Skills: Proficiency in manual testing methodologies Basic knowledge automation tools (e.g., Selenium) Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira) Knowledge of test management tools Basic understanding of programming or scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python) Understanding of API testing (Postman) Required Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Attention to detail and a proactive mindset Ability to work independently and in a team Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field Certifications such as ISTQB, CSTE, or equivalent are a plus What We Offer: Opportunity for career advancement within the QA team Structured learning and growth path in QA methodologies and tools Flexible and professional work culture How to Apply: Interested candidates can send their CV to happiness@rupiya.app
