Quality Assurance, Monitoring and Testing Manager- AVP

As an individual in Quality Assurance, Monitoring & Testing at Citi, you will be responsible for assessing outcomes from activities and processes to ensure conformance with applicable requirements and strengthen risk management quality. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing and overseeing a small team of employees - Ensuring delivery of results and contributing to the formulation of procedures - Conducting routine testing of internal activities and processes to ensure adherence to established quality standards - Reviewing stakeholder/client feedback and responding to quality assurance complaints or issues - Developing and executing Monitoring and Testing for controls, including control design assessment and operational effectiveness - Participating in strategic initiatives for control performance enhancements - Analyzing documentation and processes in leadership meetings to address risks and control points effectively You should have the following qualifications: - 8+ years of experience in operational risk management, compliance, audit, or other control-related functions in the financial services industry - Ability to identify, measure, and manage key risks and controls - Strong knowledge in the development and execution of controls - Understanding of compliance laws, rules, regulations, and best practices - Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Education required for this role is a Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience. In addition, familiarity with compliance management software is advantageous.
