Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lucknow for a Quality Assurance Manager. The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance process, developing and implementing quality management systems, conducting audits and inspections, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. They will collaborate with the team to identify quality improvement opportunities and provide training on quality assurance processes and procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality assurance processes, quality management systems, and conducting audits and inspections
• Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulatory compliance
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Strong communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills
• Ability to train and educate team members on quality assurance processes and procedures
• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• Proficiency in quality management software and tools
