Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Assurance Manager located in Alwar. The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the quality of products and processes. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing quality assurance policies, conducting inspections and audits, monitoring production processes, identifying quality issues, and providing training to staff on quality standards. The role requires close collaboration with various departments to maintain high standards of quality and compliance. Qualifications Experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control Knowledge of industry standards and regulations Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Ability to lead and train a team Proficiency in using quality management systems and tools Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field Previous experience in the mining and metals industry is a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills
