Quality Assurance Manager

As an Executive Assistant to the Board at DRIP HERO IRRIGATION SYSTEMS PVT LTD, your role will involve providing executive-level administrative assistance, managing expense reports, coordinating schedules, organizing meetings, and ensuring effective communication between board members and other stakeholders. Additionally, you will be responsible for handling confidential information and supporting the leadership team with various administrative and operational tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Provide executive-level administrative assistance - Manage expense reports and financial documentation - Coordinate schedules and organize meetings - Ensure effective communication between board members and stakeholders - Handle confidential information with discretion - Support the leadership team with administrative and operational tasks Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support - Proficiency in preparing and managing Expense Reports and other financial documentation - Strong Communication and Administrative Assistance skills - Excellent organizational and time-management skills - Proficiency in office software tools such as Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling applications - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred) - Previous experience supporting executive-level professionals is an advantage,
