Quality Assurance Manager

Role Overview: You will be responsible for improving the quality systems of the company by actively participating in internal audits, process improvement programs, and obtaining feedback from key partners. As a critical thinker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality assurance processes at the precast factory. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures for the precast factory. - Manage all quality aspects of precast concrete manufacturing, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications. - Lead and supervise a team of quality inspectors and technicians, offering guidance and necessary training. - Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify improvement areas and maintain quality standards. - Collaborate with production and engineering teams to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives. - Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of quality metrics, non-conformance reports, and corrective actions. - Participate in the development and review of project quality plans and risk assessments. - Facilitate internal and external quality audits, addressing findings and implementing preventive measures. - Stay updated on industry best practices, technological advancements, and regulatory changes to enhance quality processes. - Promote a culture of quality consciousness and accountability across the organization. - Provide training for shop floor personnel to implement and control process changes. - Interface with the production team and internal customers to resolve quality issues. - Drive a culture of quality excellence and encourage a proactive approach to quality assurance. Qualifications: - BE / B. Tech - Civil (Full time) - Minimum of 15 years of relevant work experience in the Precast Business - Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.,
