Role Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned QA professional to lead and manage the
Quality Assurance (QA)
processes within the
Compliance department
. This role is critical to maintaining high standards of compliance, audit readiness, and delivery excellence across all functions.
How you will create impact:
- Quality Assurance Leadership: Oversee and execute QA checks on compliance-related activities to ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulatory standards
- Audit Readiness: Ensure all compliance functions are consistently prepared for internal and external audits
- Process Improvement: Identify gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance compliance workflows and reduce risk
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with compliance, operations, and delivery teams to uphold quality standards and ensure alignment with organizational goals
- Communication & Reporting: Provide clear, concise, and timely communication to stakeholders regarding QA findings, risks, and improvement plans
- Continuity & Standards: Maintain continuity in QA practices and ensure consistent application of quality benchmarks across the department
Essential qualifications:
- 12+ years in Quality Assurance, preferably within compliance, audit, or regulatory environments
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities
- Proactive, quality-focused, and committed to upholding regulatory standards and delivery excellence
- Capable of mentoring teams and driving a culture of compliance and continuous improvement
