Role Overview:

Quality Assurance (QA)

How you will create impact:

• Quality Assurance Leadership

  : Oversee and execute QA checks on compliance-related activities to ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulatory standards.

• Audit Readiness

  : Ensure all compliance functions are consistently prepared for internal and external audits.

• Process Improvement

  : Identify gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance compliance workflows and reduce risk.

• Cross-functional Collaboration

  : Work closely with compliance, operations, and delivery teams to uphold quality standards and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

• Communication & Reporting

  : Provide clear, concise, and timely communication to stakeholders regarding QA findings, risks, and improvement plans.

• Continuity & Standards

  : Maintain continuity in QA practices and ensure consistent application of quality benchmarks across the department.

Essential qualifications:

• 9+ years in Quality Assurance, preferably within compliance, audit, or regulatory environments.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
• Proactive, quality-focused, and committed to upholding regulatory standards and delivery excellence.
• Capable of mentoring teams and driving a culture of compliance and continuous improvement.
