Quality Assurance Executive

As a Quality Control Associate at Licious, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of our fresh meat and seafood products. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting quality checks on live animals and monitoring compliance with food safety standards and company SOPs. - Performing organoleptic and physicochemical testing of raw and processed products. - Supporting in maintaining quality records and documentation as per FSSAI and internal standards. - Assisting in preparing reports on quality deviations and non-conformances. - Ensuring adherence to hygiene and sanitation protocols across production and packaging units. - Participating in internal audits and inspections to uphold hygiene and safety compliance. - Identifying areas for improvement in quality practices and suggesting corrective actions. - Collaborating with the QA team on continuous improvement projects. To be successful in this role, you should have: - Graduation or Post-graduation in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related field. - Basic knowledge of food safety standards such as FSSAI, HACCP, and GMP. - Familiarity with quality control and testing procedures in the meat industry would be a plus. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for documentation and reporting.
