Quality Assurance Executive

As a Quality Assurance professional in the FMCG Soyabadi industry, your role will involve ensuring the quality compliance of soy-based products with internal standards and regulatory requirements such as FSSAI, HACCP, and ISO 22000. It is crucial to monitor and validate quality parameters throughout production to uphold consistency and consumer trust. Your key responsibilities will include: - Overseeing the inspection of incoming raw materials (such as soybeans and ingredients) and packaging materials to maintain quality standards. Collaboration with the procurement team is essential to approve vendors based on quality performance and ensure only qualified materials are used in production. - Conducting regular inspections to ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and hygiene protocols in production areas. Identifying areas of non-compliance and implementing corrective actions in coordination with relevant departments. - Maintaining up-to-date documentation for quality control processes, including batch manufacturing records, quality logs, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Ensuring traceability of finished goods and compliance with internal audit requirements. - Investigating and resolving quality-related consumer complaints through root cause analysis. Working closely with production and R&D teams to implement preventive measures to prevent recurrence. - Monitoring and validating product shelf-life claims through real-time and accelerated stability studies. Ensuring that packaging and storage conditions support product integrity throughout its life cycle. - Providing training to QA and production staff on quality standards, SOPs, and food safety. Collaborating with production, maintenance, and logistics teams to maintain quality at every stage of the supply chain.
