Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance Automation Engineer, located in Pune. The role involves designing and executing test cases, conducting manual and software testing, and automating quality assurance processes. The engineer will work closely with development teams to ensure software quality and reliability. Key responsibilities include developing testing strategies, identifying and documenting defects, and continuously improving testing methodologies.

Qualifications

• Quality Assurance and QA Automation skills
• Proficiency in designing and executing Test Cases
• Experience in Manual Testing and Software Testing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Experience in the recruitment industry is a plus
