Quality Assurance Automation Engineer

As a QA Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for automating the quality assurance function of software products, collaborating with product development teams and customers to ensure bug-free and stable application modules in Azure Cloud. Your role will involve analyzing requirements, developing and maintaining test cases and automation scripts, executing tests, reporting execution details, and identifying defects in the process. You will contribute to both automation and manual testing of the product to ensure regular regression testing. Key Responsibilities: - Focus on automating software quality assurance function using tools like Cypress, Selenium, Ready API, Test Complete, Postman, etc. - Debug software products through systematic tests to maintain quality standards. - Develop, execute, and maintain test cases and automation scripts. - Estimate effort needed for automation and manual test activities. - Create test data and document test cases for user story requirements. - Prepare reports on test automation progress and regression testing. - Ensure test case coverage is above 90% and execute testing per schedule. Experience Required: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in testing Analytics/BI applications and API testing. - Proficiency in SQL and database concepts. - Minimum 2 years of experience in using UI and API automation tools like Selenium, Ready API, Test Complete, Cypress, and Postman. - Preferably 1 year of experience with Cypress and Postman for UI testing. - Good understanding of JavaScript and Python. - Familiarity with agile software development processes. - Experience in CPG/Retail domain will be a plus.,
