Quality Assurance Associate Manager

As a Quality Assurance Associate Manager at Accenture, you will be responsible for operational audit and compliance checks. Your role will involve managing and resolving customer queries, handling escalations and complaints, and ensuring timely resolutions within SLAs. You will play a key role in reviewing the quality of all factors involved in production and auditing the effective implementation of functional processes within operations to mitigate risk. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct quality checks and audits to ensure compliance with policies such as Anticorruption, BCM, InfoSec, P104, Records Management, and Contractor controls. - Establish processes to validate control effectiveness and drive improvements where necessary. **Qualifications Required:** - Graduation in any field - 10 to 14 years of experience in quality assurance and operational audit As an adaptable and detail-oriented professional, you must be able to perform under pressure, demonstrate problem-solving skills, and establish strong client relationships. In this role, you will be expected to analyze and solve moderately complex problems, create new solutions, and understand the strategic direction set by senior management. Your interactions will primarily be with your direct supervisor or team leads, as well as peers and management levels at clients or within Accenture.
