1. Quality Planning & Implementation

• Develop and implement

  Quality Management Plan (QMP)

  for the project
• Prepare and monitor

  Inspection & Test Plans (ITP)

• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications and BOQ
  

2. Inspection & Testing

• Conduct regular site inspections for civil, structural and finishing works
  
• Monitor concrete works:
  
• Slump tests
  
• Cube casting & testing
  
• Mix design compliance
  
• Verify quality of materials received on site through MTCs and lab tests
  
• Coordinate with third-party laboratories for testing
  

3. Documentation & Records

• Maintain:
  
• Quality inspection reports
  
• Test reports
  
• Checklists
  
• Material approval logs
  
• Method statements
  
• Ensure proper documentation for audits and certifications
  

4. Non-Conformance Handling

• Identify quality issues and raise

  NCR (Non-Conformance Reports)

• Investigate root causes and suggest corrective actions
  
• Ensure closure of NCRs within timelines
  

5. Audit & Compliance

• Conduct internal quality audits
  
• Assist during client and consultant audits
  
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and project-specific standards
  

6. Safety Planning & Enforcement

• Implement

  Site Safety Plan / HSE Plan

• Ensure adherence to statutory safety guidelines (OSHA, IS, NBC, Factory Act, CPWD norms)
  
• Enforce use of PPE and safe work practices
  

7. Risk Assessment & Hazard Control

• Conduct

  HIRA / JSA / Risk Assessments

• Identify unsafe conditions and acts
  
• Recommend control measures and preventive strategies
  

8. Monitoring & Site Safety Inspections

• Carry out daily safety inspections
  
• Monitor high-risk activities:
  
• Work at height
  
• Lifting operations
  
• Excavation
  
• Electrical works
  
• Hot works
  
• Ensure compliance with Permit-to-Work system
  

9. Accident & Incident Management

• Investigate accidents, near-misses and unsafe incidents
  
• Prepare incident investigation reports
  
• Recommend corrective and preventive actions
  

10. Training & Awareness

• Conduct:
  
• Toolbox talks
  
• Safety induction programs
  
• Emergency drills
  
• Train workers and staff on safe working procedures
  

11. Coordination

• Coordinate with:
  
• Project Manager
  
• Site Engineers
  
• Contractors
  
• Consultants
  
• Client representatives
  
• Support smooth workflow without compromising safety and quality
  

12. Reporting

• Prepare and submit:
  
• Daily Quality Reports
