Quality Assurance Champion
You will utilize your knowledge of quality assurance processes to test the functionality and stability of our technology products. Your efforts will help us meet and exceed quality expectations, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service.

As a QA Tester
, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of web and application solutions through comprehensive testing across both front-end and back-end components. This role requires proficiency in validating user interfaces for functionality, responsiveness, and accessibility, as well as executing API and database-level tests to verify data integrity, performance, and system integration. You will collaborate closely with developers and product teams to identify issues early, write detailed test cases, and contribute to continuous improvement in the software development lifecycle.

Automated Testing Solutions

We are looking for someone who is not only skilled but also passionate about technology and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will possess
- Essential Skills Strong knowledge of the system development lifecycle, quality assurance methodologies, and automated testing processes. You should be comfortable working with various testing techniques and tools.
- Ideal Qualities A proactive mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. You should be detail-oriented and able to think critically to solve complex problems.
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Experience in Engineering & Systems Integration.
- Experience of quality assurance frameworks and testing methodologies.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and effectively.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Ideally, you ll also be familiar with the following
- OpenText products, Azure DevOps, and open-source tools such as JMeter and Selenium.
- Perform backend testing with proficiency using SQL-based tools such as Toad, PL/SQL Developer, or SQL Server to validate data integrity, execute complex queries, and ensure robust database functionality across integrated systems.
