Job Title: Quality Analyst (ReactJS | Laravel | Go | VoIP)

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Quality Analyst with expertise in ReactJS, Laravel, Go, and VoIP to join our growing team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in testing web and VoIP applications, ensuring high performance, reliability, and automation efficiency across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Test ReactJS, Laravel, and Go-based applications and APIs.
• Validate VoIP call flows (SIP/RTP), ensuring CDR accuracy and optimal performance under load.
• Conduct functional, regression, and load testing to ensure consistent product quality.
• Design and execute automated test cases using Postman and Selenium.
• Collaborate with the development team to identify, log, and verify bugs.
• Participate in CI/CD pipelines and contribute to continuous testing automation.
• Work with FreeSWITCH, PostgreSQL, and REST APIs.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in testing ReactJS, Laravel, and Go applications.
• Strong understanding of VoIP (SIP/RTP); knowledge of FreeSWITCH is a plus.
• Proficiency with Postman, Swagger, and Selenium.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, Git, and Agile methodologies.
• Solid understanding of API and load testing best practices.

Good to Have:

• Experience with ESL (Event Socket Layer), JMeter, and CI/CD tools.
• Familiarity with WebRTC and SIP.js.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
