Quality Analyst

As a Quality Analyst at our BPO located in Knowledge Park III, Greater Noida, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and effectiveness of customer interactions. With 2-4 years of experience in the BPO industry, you will be responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and improving customer interactions through meticulous quality checks and analysis. Your key responsibilities will include monitoring inbound and outbound calls to evaluate agents" performance against established quality parameters, conducting regular call audits to identify areas of improvement, providing feedback and coaching to agents based on quality audits, developing quality reports and dashboards, ensuring process compliance, suggesting process improvements, collaborating with team leaders and trainers to implement corrective action plans, identifying trends and recurring issues, and contributing to the enhancement of overall call quality and customer satisfaction. To excel in this role, you must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in call auditing, feedback delivery, and quality reporting, knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools, strong analytical and listening skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively, attention to detail, and a commitment to accuracy and quality.
