Quality Analyst (QA)

As a Manual QA Tester for eCommerce platforms, your role involves developing and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases to validate all functional and non-functional requirements. You will conduct ADA Compliance Testing to ensure eCommerce websites meet accessibility standards. Collaboration with developers, product managers, and UX/UI designers is crucial to identify quality risks and proactively resolve issues in the early stages of development. It is essential to recommend and implement manual QA best practices and preventive measures to uphold a high standard of quality in a fast-paced eCommerce environment. Monitoring and reporting on test progress, quality metrics, and potential release blockers are part of your responsibilities. You will also ensure that all customer-facing features and functions meet user experience expectations, especially during high-traffic periods such as sales events or seasonal peaks.
