Multiversity develops eLearning Content for one of the world’s largest Digital Literacy Mission under Maharashtra Knowledge Corporation Limited (MKCL), which has reached over 10 Million Learners in the past 15 years in Maharashtra, Odisha, Haryana, Rajasthan, and Bihar also delivered to Other Countries like Saudi Arabia, Egypt and SriLanka. The courses include titles like IT Literacy, Adobe Suite, Financial Accounting, Desktop Publishing, Web Designing, 2D Animation, Video Editing, Scratch programming, etc. – all created to empower the citizens of India and help them become job ready. Multiversity has developed these courses in English, Hindi, Marathi and other Indian Languages like Oriya, Kannada, and Telugu along with international languages like Arabic, Malay & Sinhalese.

Qualifications

 

As a Quality Analyst Executive, you should be able to check quality and accuracy of an eLearning course with respect to the following aspects: 


  • Audio & Transcript:

     
  • Verify that quality of audio production is acceptable. 
  • Confirm that voice talent reads the storyboard accurately with proper inflection, speed, pronunciation etc. 
  • Confirm that text transcript is formatted as per standards. 
  • Go through the complete course by listening to the audio and reading the transcript to confirm perfect synchronization. 
  •  
  • Visuals and Timing:

     
  • Verify that graphics are as per standards and conform to the approved storyboard. 
  • Confirm that on-screen text is formatted properly. 
  • Check for spelling and grammar. 
  • Verify that visuals fade in/out in sync with the audio appropriately. 
  •  
  • Interactivities:

     
  • Ensure that a test key containing answers to all knowledge checks, activities, and quizzes is included. Try failing and then passing all activities and test as many different cases as possible in an attempt to identify possible flaws/errors in programming. 
  • Confirm that activities function as described in the storyboard. 
  • Confirm that feedback functions properly (incorrect/correct). 
  • Ensure that click-to reveal items function properly and check that audio does not overlap (when multiple audio tracks are layered on a single slide). 

Browsers:

  • Test the course in the various browsers that you expect your learners to use. Major browsers include IE, Firefox, Safari, Chrome. 

Player Menu Items:

  • Test all player menu items to confirm that they function as desired including (if applicable) glossary, search, seek bar, volume control, etc. 

LMS Testing: Confirm the following

  • Course uploads to the LMS without errors 
  • Course can be assigned to a test user(s) 
  • Course shows up in the test user account as “not started” or equivalent 
  • Start and close the course. Confirm that the LMS now displays the course as “in progress” or equivalent. 
  • Restart the course and confirm that the course returns you to the page last visited (bookmark). 
  • Fail the course (if applicable) and verify that the LMS recorded this appropriately 
  • Pass the course and verify that the LMS shows the course as complete (or equivalent)

Qualifications


  • Bachelors/Master degree in Computer Science or comparable work experience 
  • 2+ years’ experience in Quality Analysis
