Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Analyst Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the quality and performance of our products and services through advanced testing, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. This role requires a strategic mindset, hands-on testing expertise, and the ability to mentor team members.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on product requirements and specifications.
Perform manual and automated testing on web, mobile, and/or desktop applications.
Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking systems (e. g. , JIRA).
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure software quality.
Implement and maintain automated test suites using tools such as Selenium, Appium, TestNG, or Cypress.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.
Perform regression, smoke, performance, and usability testing.
Ensure compliance with industry quality standards and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Proficient in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing.
Experience with automation tools like Selenium, Postman, JMeter, or similar.
Familiarity with version control tools (e. g. , Git) and CI/CD processes.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience in performance testing and security testing.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
ISTQB or other QA certifications.
Experience with mobile testing (iOS/Android).
