Quality Analyst

Key Responsibilities: - Utilize industry-leading Quality audit platforms to enhance user experience and efficiency of the Quality Team. - Manage transition accounts and drive early stage interventions for the successful first-time implementation of quality processes. - Diagnose and implement improvement opportunities to address chronic business challenges, with a focus on process effectiveness and efficiency. - Enhance key metrics through focused initiatives in collaboration with delivery and client teams to drive business benefits. - Analyze complex data and provide key process and business insights to the leadership team. - Project manage complex change initiatives by partnering with clients to ensure successful implementation. Qualifications Required: - Solid understanding of Lean and Six Sigma concepts with the ability to demonstrate quality concepts to meet business objectives. - Collaboration with the Training Team to drive Knowledge Management initiatives and implement training needs analysis effectively. - Strong communication skills to convey information efficiently and collaborate with various teams.
