Take corrective actions by doing data analysis to improve process efficiency. Work upon the action plans to improve Quality scores. Candidate Profile : 1-4 years experience in call auditing Skills Quality analyst in BPO/Call center. Excellent Communication Skills Multilingual are added advantage. Immediate Joiners Preferable.
