Role Overview

As a Quality Auditor, you will review and check AI bot calls to make sure they meet quality standards. Your work will include listening to calls, finding issues, and sharing clear reports with the team. You’ll also help test the platform and suggest ways to make it better.

This is a great role for freshers who are detail-oriented and eager to grow, with exposure to quality checks, product improvements, and client reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Working closely with prompt engineers to relay findings
• Listening to and analyzing customer calls handled by our AI voice agents.
• Identifying issues such as incorrect responses, flow breaks, or technical glitches.
• Debugging call transcripts and flagging root causes for errors.
• Documenting patterns and working with the product/prompting team to improve accuracy and conversion.
• Ensuring that calls meet quality, compliance, and customer experience standards.

Who We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Engineering, Business, or related fields preferred).
• Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving ability.
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to create professional reports and present findings to enterprise customers.
• Interest in conversational AI, customer experience, or QA processes.
• Freshers with demonstrated learning agility and curiosity are encouraged to apply.
