Job Title: Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer

About the Role:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer to ensure the quality and performance of our web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of manual and automation testing processes, an eye for detail, and the ability to work closely with developers to deliver bug-free products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Perform manual testing and assist in automation testing when required.
• Identify, log, and track bugs through tools like Jira, ClickUp, or Trello.
• Conduct functional, regression, performance, and usability testing.
• Work closely with developers, designers, and project managers to ensure seamless product delivery.
• Validate app compatibility across browsers, devices, and operating systems.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, and review meetings.
• Prepare QA reports and ensure proper documentation of testing results.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of software testing lifecycle (STLC) and bug life cycle.
• Hands-on experience in mobile app and web application testing.
• Understanding of API testing, performance testing, and database validation (SQL).
• Basic knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 2-4 years of QA experience in the IT/software industry.
• Exposure to UI/UX testing, cross-browser testing, and device testing.

Pay: ₹10,427.90 - ₹41,098.55 per month
