Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Quality Analyst. The Quality Analyst will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating processes to ensure adherence to quality standards, conducting quality control activities, and creating strategies to enhance product quality. The role involves identifying areas for improvement, ensuring compliance with organizational and industry benchmarks, and collaborating with team members to ensure quality assurance objectives are met. Additional responsibilities include maintaining quality documentation and reports.

  • Analytical skills to assess processes and identify improvement opportunities
  • Expertise in Quality Assurance and Quality Control methodologies
  • Strong Communication skills for clear reporting and collaboration with teams
  • Knowledge of Quality Management principles and techniques
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and process-driven mindset
  • Proficiency with quality assurance tools and relevant software
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
  • Prior experience in quality analysis, quality assurance, or related roles is a plus
