About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our software applications. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, testing expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:

● Develop, execute, and maintain test cases, test plans, and test scripts.

● Perform functional, regression, performance, and system testing across web and mobile applications.

● Identify, document, and track defects using issue-tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).

● Collaborate with developers and product teams to clarify requirements and ensure high-quality deliverables.

● Conduct API testing using tools like Postman.

● Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and other Agile ceremonies.

● Validate bug fixes and perform root-cause analysis.

● Ensure compliance with QA standards and best practices.

Requirements:

● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

● Strong understanding of STLC, SDLC, and defect life cycle.

● Proficiency in writing clear and comprehensive test cases.

● Experience with manual testing of web or mobile applications.

● Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman.

● Good communication and problem-solving skills.
