Quality Analyst

You have a great opportunity as a QA with a minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience. You will be working from 10 AM to 7:30 PM, Monday to Friday. Your key skills should include Manual & Automation testing, Selenium, Postman, JMeter, and Requirement Traceability Matrix. Your responsibilities will include: - Having functional testing experience - Acting as a Team Lead in Testing - Developing QA processes and procedures - Directing the QA team and managing testing schedules - Performing manual testing to set the stage for Automation - Using innovative test technologies to devise a product's testing strategy - Demonstrating expertise in Test Case Design, Test Execution, and Defect Management - Understanding QA methodologies, life cycle, and processes - Showcasing strength in Manual Testing - Knowledge of Azure to develop Test Plans - Having knowledge and experience in the U.S. Healthcare domain will be advantageous - Understanding performance testing and its implementation using JMeter - Possessing basic knowledge of SQL and database testing - Excelling in written and oral communication skills in English The qualifications required for this role are: - A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (e.g., BE, BTech, MTech, BCA, MCA, BSc IT, MSc IT) - Proficiency in relational databases, including writing SQL Queries - Excellent knowledge of Manual Testing - Prior experience in testing (Manual/Automation) in the US Healthcare system will be an advantage This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as Paid Sick Time, Paid Time Off, and Provident Fund.
