Role Overview: As a Quality Analyst - RCM, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the successful execution of training needs and measure program training effectiveness. You will be expected to conduct regular audits and spot checks using client/Eclat audit measures. Keeping up to date with regular updates and client specifications will be crucial, as well as sharing client feedback and updates with the team to focus on performance improvement. Additionally, you will participate in both Internal & External Calibrations and have a thorough understanding of Quality Tools and schema of audit workflows/templates/reports. Your role will also involve conducting refresher trainings based on Training Needs Identification (TNI) and managing Knowledge Check for New Hires & Production Staff.
