Job Description: Monitor performance in accordance to SOP through Audits. Analyze quality standards and customer experiences.  Identify trends Recommend preventative/corrective actions to enhance overall quality. Create detailed reports  Maintain quality assurance policies and procedures. Work with Sales and Operations Executives, Leads and Supervisors and other stakeholders to define quality benchmarks and align product with user expectations. Requirement Analysis: Review requirements to understand quality criteria. Develop strategies for functional, regression, performance. Model behavior and audit to ensure optimal user experience. Investigate the source of quality problems.  Requirement and skills: Graduate; additional qualifications will be a plus. Proficient in English (oral and written). Must be able to understand and communicate in proper English. People person Good communication skills and with zeal to build carrier in retail sales Excellent negotiation skills. Problem-solving skills Customer service orientation Excellent Execution skills Flexible for any shifts Flexible to travel between 3 units
