Job Description

As a candidate for this position, you should possess the ability to communicate effectively in both Hindi and English. Your main responsibilities will include conducting call audits, evaluating live and recorded calls, and monitoring team performance. You will also be responsible for assessing call duration, maintaining Average Handling Time (AHT) standards, and providing feedback to team members. Additionally, you will participate in call calibration sessions and conduct a specified number of call audits. Qualifications required for this role include a basic understanding of Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes. Knowledge of DIP (Data, Information, Presentation) checks will also be beneficial in performing your duties effectively.,
