Role Overview

The Quality Analyst will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and improving process quality to ensure best-in-class customer experience. This role involves call monitoring, data analysis, reporting, and regular audits to maintain compliance and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate calls to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Perform call calibration sessions with team leaders and trainers.
• Conduct regular quality assurance audits and share actionable insights.
• Utilize QC tools and methodologies to track process quality.
• Analyze statistical data and prepare detailed reports for management.
• Provide feedback and recommendations for performance improvement.
• Ensure all processes align with company policies and compliance guidelines.
• Collaborate with training and operations teams to bridge performance gaps.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Quality Assurance (BPO/Call Center preferred).
• Strong knowledge of QC tools, auditing techniques, and call monitoring standards.
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis & reporting.
• Strong communication skills and ability to provide constructive feedback.
• Attention to detail with a focus on continuous improvement.
