Role & responsibilities 1) Review of voice logs : To listen to the recorded voice logs of customer interactions in Back Check calls as performed by Sales, Collections & Customer Service. 2) Maintaing MIS: Ensure maintaining of MIS on daily basis and deligent supervisor. 3) Perform quality check 4) Review of process in line with regulatory guideline : To ensure that regulatory guidelines are consumed while reviewing the process.
