1. 5+ years of work experience in electronics manufacturing in Aerospace and defence electronics industry is highly preferred.
4. Experience in implementation of AS9115, AS9102 and AS9103.
5. Good understanding of industry and regulatory requirements for defence and aerospace industry.
7. Develop vendors and conduct supplier/vendor evaluation audits.
8. Develop measure and monitor KPIs, Process capability and key characteristics with SPCs Cp, Cpk and Control charts.
10. Conducting special Process validation and process audits.
12. Good communication, presentation and client management skills.
Additional skills in MS office, MS Project, and ERP systems.
