Apply Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) principles to ensure precise and accurate product specifications. own the New Product Introduction (NPI) projects in assigned part family with APQP implementation and support the product thru the lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, quality, and production, to resolve technical issues and improve manufacturing processes. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address production and quality issues. Develop and maintain standard work instructions and process documentation. Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality products that meet or exceed customer expectations. Monitor and deliver on business KPIs and metrics related to safety, quality, delivery, and cost (SQDC). Stay current with industry trends and advancements in manufacturing technologies and processes. Prior Aerospace audit and quality assessments experience. Working comprehension of the requirements of AS9100. Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
