About The Opportunity

• Design, develop and maintain Quadient Inspire templates, layouts and document assets using Inspire Designer to deliver transactional and personalized communications.
• Configure and manage Quadient Inspire Composer/Server jobs and production workflows for high-volume batch and interactive output.
• Transform business content into structured templates using XML and XSLT; implement dynamic data-binding and conditional rendering rules.
• Develop client-side and server-side scripting (JavaScript) for interactive documents, variable data logic, and automation hooks.
• Integrate Inspire outputs with backend systems and databases using SQL queries, file feeds, and web services to support end-to-end delivery.
• Troubleshoot production issues, optimise rendering performance, validate output fidelity (PDF/AFP), and support deployment to staging/production environments.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience working on Quadient Inspire (or GMC Inspire) implementations in production environments.
• Strong background in document/template development, output management or CCM solutions for enterprise clients.
• Ability to read and author XML/XSLT and write automation scripts; experience with relational databases and query optimization.
