Quadient Developer

We are looking for an experienced Quadient Inspire Developer who can design, build, and optimize customer communication templates and workflows using Quadient Inspire. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in CCM (Customer Communication Management) development.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance templates using Quadient Inspire Designer, Scaler, and Automation.
• Build and customize communication workflows for print, email, and digital channels.
• Work with business teams to understand requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
• Optimize templates for performance, accuracy, and branding.
• Troubleshoot issues related to Inspire Designer, Interactive, Scaler, or production workflows.
• Integrate Quadient outputs with enterprise applications (CRM, ERP, API-based systems).
• Manage version control, deployments, and change requests.
• Maintain high-quality documentation and adhere to CCM best practices.

✅ Required Skills

• 3–5 years hands-on experience with Quadient Inspire (Designer, Scaler, Automation Hub).
• Strong understanding of document design, dynamic layouts, and composition logic.
• Experience working with XML, JSON, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and scripting.
• Understanding of multi-channel customer communication (PDF, print, email, SMS).
• Strong debugging and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and handle complex CCM workflows.

✅ Good to Have

• Experience with Quadient Inspire Interactive (IIT).
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, Git, and deployment processes.
• Experience working in banking, insurance, telecom, or other high-volume industries.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹335,859.41 - ₹1,501,321.29 per year
