We are looking for an experienced Network Manager to lead and oversee the design, implementation, security, and maintenance of enterprise network infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have expertise in network architecture, security, cloud networking, and team management. Key Responsibilities : Network Design & Strategy : Define and implement network architecture, policies, and best practices. Oversee LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, VPN, MPLS, and cloud networking solutions. Collaborate with IT leadership to align network infrastructure with business goals. Work with vendors and service providers for network procurement and upgrades. Conduct security audits, penetration testing, and risk assessments. Manage incident response, threat detection, and disaster recovery planning. Team Leadership & Operation: Lead and mentor a team of network engineers and administrators. Establish SOPs, SLAs, and KPIs for network performance and service delivery. Collaborate with IT, cybersecurity, and cloud teams for seamless integration. Develop training programs to upskill team members in new technologies. Network Monitoring & Troubleshooting. Ensure 24/7 network availability and performance optimization. Utilize monitoring tools (SolarWinds, PRTG, Nagios, Wireshark, etc.). Troubleshoot complex network issues and provide escalation support. Oversee disaster recovery and business continuity planning. Cloud & Emerging Technologies Design and manage cloud networking solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP). Implement SDN (Software-Defined Networking) and SD-WAN for scalability. Explore AI-driven network automation and network-as-a-service (NaaS). The Engineer, Software develops, debugs, tests, deploys and supports code to be deployed in systems/products/equipment for various applications. They write, debug, maintain, and test software in various common languages and for software at various levels in the hierarchy (from Firmware to Application). Software creation follows an agreed to development process (such as Agile, Scrum, etc.) and complies with the product life cycle development (phase/gate deliverables).
