Current Requirements Looking for Immediate Joiners 1)QMS Engineer-01 (3-4 yrs Experienced) 2)Quality Engineer -02 (3-4 yrs Experienced) 3)G.E.T-Quality Department-02 (0-1 Experience) QMS Engineer-Job Description * Responsible to ensure that the Quality Management System is established, implemented, and maintained according to ISO 9001:2015. * Ensures that processes needed for Quality (QMS) are established, reviewed and maintained in accordance to the ISO 9001: 2015 standard. * Responsible for QMS activities by developing and reviewing procedures, liaising with process owners. * Responsible for initiating Management Review (MR) Meeting, Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for the year, review and align with Quality Policy, Quality Objective. * Responsible to drive continuous improvement initiatives within the QMS framework, including process optimization and efficiency improvements. * Collaborates across the company to ensure that a document control procedure is in place for the identification, storage, release, protection, retrieval, retention time and disposition of such records. * Responsible for planning and conducting internal audits & supplier audits when required. * Perform investigation of the Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), Non-conformances (NCs), reported and documented in timely manner. * Conduct audits, including closing out audit findings, creating audits finding reports and determine proper corrective and preventive actions. * Provide a single point of contact for all document control activities and be the first and last line of quality ensuring information entering and leaving the project meets prescribed requirements and does not contain any errors or discrepancies e.g., revision incorrect, numbers don’t match file name, etc. * Create systems to manage company documents, ensure that all documents are up to date, conduct company audits to ensure documents are being followed, Train employees on how to use and access the documents. * Verifying & circulating document transmittals from Internal and external sources within the company.
