Job Title: QC Supervisor (Fresher) Department: Quality Control Industry: Radiator Manufacturing Location: Vadodara Reporting To: QC Manager Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated fresher to join our Quality Control team as a QC Supervisor in the radiator manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in monitoring the quality of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished radiators under the guidance of senior staff. Key Responsibilities: Assist in inspecting incoming raw materials (e.g., copper, aluminum, tubes, fins) for quality compliance. Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are maintained. Conduct visual inspections and basic testing (pressure test, leak test) on radiators. Record inspection results and prepare quality reports. Support in identifying and reporting non-conforming materials or products. Work with production teams to resolve quality issues. Maintain and update QC documentation, checklists, and logbooks. Learn and apply ISO/TS 16949 or IATF 16949 quality standards applicable to the automotive/radiator industry. Follow 5S and safety procedures strictly on the shop floor. Required Skills and Qualifications: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical field. Good understanding of manufacturing processes (preferably in metal or automotive component manufacturing). Basic knowledge of quality tools (e.g., caliper, micrometer, pressure gauges). Strong observation, documentation, and communication skills. Willingness to learn and work under guidance. Proficiency in MS Excel and report writing.
